Mama Mondays – Good Things Come in Two’s

Happy Monday Everyone!

In order to bring you all a little closer to my life and experiences as a mom … allow me to introduce Mama Mondays

Each Monday I will share a little tidbit on motherhood, twinning, some tips and tricks I’ve picked up along the way and some epic parenting fails that I hope you can learn from!  I’m in no way an expert on parenting but I do have (at the very least) funny stories to tell …

My motherhood journey started off with a bang … TWINS.  As my mom would say, I’ve always had a knack for the dramatic.

Among the basic challenges that 10 month old twins present (i.e. the need to grow an extra arm ASAP), one of the more enjoyable challenges is equipping us with efficient goodies that accommodate our multi gender, polar opposite twins.  All the while NOT taking over our NYC sized apartment.

Enter Yishaun … my guru for family lifestyle must-haves!  She is a children’s book author, toy designer and former corporate attorney who understands the need for items that are creative and functional.

Here are some of her finds for families with multiple children:

Thank you for this opportunity, Gia! I had a great time putting together a spread for twins!

I love that you are going to share more about motherhood! I’m heading over to YiShaun’s site now. My brother just adopted twin girls, so they’ll be needing all the help they can get (they now have 5 children!).
